I don’t agree with everything this guy says, but it is a good article nonetheless.

After having been on a very strict diet for the past four weeks, I can testify to the fact that things just taste better now that I am not eating anything and everything I want, whenever I want it.

The same principle holds for just about everything in life: good things come to those who wait.
